Preparation


Step 1:
Chop the garlic, onion.
Step 2: 
Heat the “SALEM” oil in a large saucepan. Sauté the garlic, onion and bay leaves over low heat for 5 minutes while stirring.
Then lower the heat and simmer covered for 1 to 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Increase the flame, then add the ground beef. Brown and stir so that the meat does not clump.
Add the concentrated double tomatoes and chopped parsley. Bring to a boil.
Step 3: 
Cook the “PASTA SALEM” PLUMA, then put it in a dish.

Step 4: 
Add the Bolognese sauce.
